Returns

We want to ensure you LOVE the piece that will help tell your story. 
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to work out the best possible solution.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES (NON-PERSONALIZED jewelry only):
If you would like to return/exchange your non-personalized purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, preferably in the box it was delivered in (or some other protective package), within 15 days of delivery. 
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus any shipping charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

GIFT EXCHANGES (NON-PERSONALIZED jewelry only):
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll need to get in contact with the gift giver and ask them to contact us.

*Please note, GIFT CARDS are not returnable.

EXCHANGE - WRONG ITEM ORDERED:
If you ordered, for example, the wrong length chain (or any other NON-PERSONALIZED option), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We are happy to replace with the correct length / option.
You are responsible for any additional costs due to different chain lengths, metals, etc.
You are responsible for additional shipping costs.

EXCHANGE - WRONG ITEM DELIVERED:
We try our best to make sure we send out exactly what you ordered, but mistakes can occur.
If we make a mistake (spelling, wrong metal, etc), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will send a new item right away and pay for the return shipping of your original item.

SHIPPING:
To return your product, contact us first before returning any items. We will provide you with a return address to ship your product back to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. Always use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not refund items we do not receive back; this includes returns lost in the mail.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address we are given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment and handling of the item. No matter the shipping method chose at the time of purchase. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international sales are final. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship exactly to the address we are given at time of purchase. If an order is not delivered due to incorrect address, it is your responsibility to pay shipping costs for the reshipment. Once the item is returned back to us, we will reship your order once the new shipping costs have been paid and we have the correct address. All international orders are tracked. We are NOT responsible for International packages that are not delivered. Once an International package leaves our studio it is no longer our responsibility (unless we make a mistake on our end). We apologize for this inconvenience due to the costs and rules of shipping International. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are final sale.

*Please note, some non-personalized items are final sale. Including collections. All items are subject to final sale.
